"was there in Feb 09 really nice place good food excellent service very polite and with us speaking no Ukrainian was great all in all 1/3 of the price of a trendy US diner just round the corner. Will be going back when next in Kiev"

"Pervak must be the best restaurant in Kiev - and probably Ukraine. Great dishes, smiley waitresses (rare in Kiev!) and fantastic building. look it up"
