Ukrainian food may not have made the impact on global eating habits that the likes of French, Italian and Chinese cuisine have, but that's not to say it hasn't got anything to offer the self-gratifying gourmand. If you fancy experimenting with some of the local fare then you won't find a better place to do so than this highly-rated restaurant, Pervak. Seven distinct dining areas, each individually decorated with features ranging from roaring fireplaces and floral balconies to stone sculptures and coats of arms, evoke a ceremonious atmosphere for sampling the likes of smoked sturgeon, marinated mushrooms and boiled tongue. You'll leave converted! |
