Kino Ukraina

If you like a little ceremony with your cinema then you'll enjoy a trip to this megaplex, Kino Ukraina (or simply 'Ukraine Cinema' in English). A plethora of theatres awaits the eager film buff, all with state-of-the-art sound and vision, giant screens and deluxe seating - lifting a trip to Ukraina way above the average cinema experience. Needless to say Hollywood blockbusters make up much of the programme, but the occasional film festival can add a little colour and variety to the agenda. Best of all, as in all Ukrainian cinemas, it's perfectly acceptable to purchase a beer from the bar and mosey on in. A word of warning however, check your film isn't being dubbed into Russian before you purchase your ticket!
