I was interested in investing over here some time ago and went to these guys,p and I found them to be very helpful.

Kyiv real estate started ticking upwards in 2003 with the (Moscow fueled) petro boom but was still a bargain. 2005 was the last good year to buy in Kyiv since then it's become ridiculously hyper inflated. The real estate market reached the zenith of it's bubble last year and should/is slowly (very) edging down. Look for it to pop when the petro market pops.
