"Kyiv real estate started ticking upwards in 2003 with the (Moscow fueled) petro boom but was still a bargain. 2005 was the last good year to buy in Kyiv since then it's become ridiculously hyper inflated. The real estate market reached the zenith of itís bubble last year and should/is slowly (very) edging down. Look for it to pop when the petro market pops. You can repay my advice by buying me a beer at Arena. ;)"
