"Kyiv real estate started ticking upwards in 2003 with the (Moscow fueled) petro boom but was still a bargain. 2005 was the last good year to buy in Kyiv since then it's become ridiculously hyper inflated. The real estate market reached the zenith of itís bubble last year and should/is slowly (very) edging down. Look for it to pop when the petro market pops. You can repay my advice by buying me a beer at Arena. ;)"

"Excellent. I had allot of work done there and could not be happier with the work they did. I saved allot of money going there to have a bunch of root canals and crowns done in 2005. I only speak English and had no problems. I have a friend headed overseas in a few weeks and he plans to go there after talking to me:) Great place and people there. "
