Feeling erudite, and perhaps a touch romantic? Take a stroll across the Shevchenka Park (stopping off occasionally to scribble down a line of poetry on a park bench) and you'll find this handy book store awaiting on the opposite side. With a great range of tomes on offer it's the perfect place to fulfil your (oft-neglected) intellectual needs. Needless to say the majority of titles are to be found in the Russian and Ukrainian language, but if you've been skipping your lessons you'll be pleased to find sections with English, French and German publications too. That should keep the grey matter ticking over! |
